The story of Sushi Nio began in 2015, born out of a family’s passion for sashimi, sushi, and all things Japanese cuisine. Residing in the vibrant Chaengwattana area, we often found ourselves longing for the authentic Japanese dining experiences that were typically found only in Japan or in the heart of Bangkok—a journey too far for frequent indulgence. This realization sparked a dream: why not bring a premium Japanese restaurant to our own neighborhood? And thus, Sushi Nio was conceived.
